Service Description
A comprehensive evaluation to assess your specific needs and how music therapy can be integrated into your wellness plan. Our certified therapists conduct an in-depth assessment to tailor a personalized use of humanistic music as a medium for the therapeutic approach. The therapist will provide a 1 hr evaluation, overviewing cognitive, motor movement, behavioral qualities, and communication skills of a client. The therapist will provide a fully documented overview of findings, establishing music therapy goals and objectives to be proposed as part of the treatment plan. The therapist will provide therapeutic goals and objectives to be monitored, quantified and assessed quarterly as a measurement of progress/regression and justification of services. NOTE: A MUSIC THERAPY INITIAL EVALUATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY REGULAR VISITS CAN BEGIN. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule this service, please contact us with at least 24 hours notice. Confirmation will be required 24 hours before visit via text, call, or email. Late cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to 50% of the bookings cost. Late cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled session time will result in the full amount of the session being forfeited.
